Dr. Oppman leads TRCA with a commitment to forming students in the fear of the Lord and equipping them for lives of wisdom and service. With an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and experience in teaching and public policy, he is passionate about helping young people engage big ideas and pursue their God-given potential.
